We are pleased to announce that the 2013 NCAA Men’s Final Four was the largest digital ticketing event in history. The Final Four in Atlanta had more than 60,000 people enter the semi-final and championship games through Flash Seats®, the patented Veritix digital ticketing system.

Cleveland Cavaliers Vice President of Sales and Service Nic Barlage recently joined Troy Kirby of The Tao of Sports Podcast to discuss a bevy of sports ticketing topics, including the Veritix^® paperless ticketing service, Flash Seats. According to Barlage, “Flash Seats, for us, has been a game changer.” He discussed how the Cavaliers have used Flash Seats to increase retention and utilization rates, convert ticket buyers, and properly price tickets by having control of both the primary and secondary market. Dover International Speedway, also known as the Monster Mile, has announced that it will offer its customers Flash Seats for 2013. Dover, the first NASCAR track to utilize Flash Seats, will offer the new ticketing option as a replacement for print-at-home tickets, and as an alternative for traditional track-printed tickets. Fans can select Flash Seats as a method of delivery during the checkout process, at which point tickets will be applied to their credit card. On event day, all the customer will have to do is swipe their credit card at the gates to gain entry. We are pleased to announce that Boise State University has expanded their relationship with Veritix. As part of the agreement, the school will begin offering paperless ticketing services through Flash Seats® to fans and patrons. Primary ticketing services for university venues will continue to be provided through the Veritix platform. Veritix is excited to solidify this long-time client, and we look forward to helping Boise State University grow its ticketing operations.
